Who Will Clean My Home or Business?
Each residential or Commercial assignment will be assigned a team of trained cleaners who will clean your space every time. Our employees are carefully screened and fully licensed, insured & uniformed. We provide regular quality check point inspections to ensure that everything is being done to your satisfaction. How Do I Pay For Service?
Check
Payments should be made at the time of the cleaning for each residential assignment. Customers may leave their payment in a designated place in the home, or pay the team manager directly if you are at home. For commercial cleaning service, payments are collected on the 15th and at the end of each month.

For residential cleaning services, cash payment is accepted and due at the time of cleaning.

For residential & commercial cleaning service, credit & debit card payments are accepted and due at the time of cleaning.

What Are Your Hours of Operations?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. However, we understand that the need of each Commercial assignment will vary per organization, so we are able to provide 2nd and 3rd shift coverage for each commercial account. We also provide 24-hour emergency water removal services.
What Preparation Is Necessary?
In order to guarantee the optimal time efficiency for what you are paying, we ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items in order to make room for us to clean.

How Often Should I Get My Carpet Cleaned or Treated?
In homes or enviroments with children & pets, the carpet should be cleaned a minimum of 3 times a year. Twice a year is suitable for other less traffic environments.
